From ten passengers the airline holds the fare for an agreed period, so a later price rise does not touch your group.

No. We block the seats first, then collect names and passport details by the deadline the airline sets.
Before names are submitted the count can usually be reduced. After ticketing, changes and refunds follow the airline's group rules.
Yes. Hotels, airport transfers and sightseeing transport can all be packaged with the flights on one quotation.
Six to twelve weeks ahead gives the best fare and the best seat availability, especially over holiday seasons.
