To cancel a booking, contact our office by phone, WhatsApp or email with your tracking ID as early as possible.
2. Cancellation Charges
Charges depend on the service and the supplier’s rules:
- Air tickets follow the airline’s fare rules.
- Hotels and tours follow the property’s or operator’s cancellation window.
- Visa and processing service fees are generally non-refundable once work has started.
3. Timelines
The earlier you cancel, the lower the charge. Late cancellations may incur higher fees or be non-refundable.
